Shipping & Returns

Out Of My Kloset Boutique will make every effort to ship items out the following business day, but the normal processing time for all orders is 3 to 4 business days after payment has been received, holidays not included. If your payment has not cleared we will contact you via-email.

Estimated delivery time is about 2-10 days for domestic shipping, and 8-30 days for international shipping. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


Buy Online - Pick Up in the Mobile Boutique free service

  • Orders placed online can be picked up at the Urban Hive Market (see calendar for date) Pop-up or local Starbucks
  • Orders can be placed prior to Saturday and Sunday by 10:00am; orders will be ready for pick up no later than12:00pm
  • In the order comment section, list the event or Starbucks location for pick up ( See Mobile Boutique Calendar)
  • Type the words Pickup in comment section of your order to receive free shipping ( a refund for shipping will be applied)
  • Orders that are not Buy Online - Pick up orders, will not receive free shipping unless specified
  • Once we receive your order, it's processed and completed; you'll receive an email with a Pick Up notification
  • Text message notifications are available, please provide your mobile number


Drop Ship Items:

Please allow 5 to 10 days for our Home Accent Collection and fragrances as they are drop shipped directly from the vendors warehouse. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) is shipped.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping does not apply to Holiday Promotions, Door Busters or Clearance Sale Promotions unless otherwise specified.  Free shipping is available for Regular Price orders $99.00 (USE FREESHIPPING ) and over. CLEARANCE SALE is excluded during the ADDITIONAL 75% OFF SALE.

Domestic Shipping: uses the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship its merchandise in the United States. The shipping charge is based on the weight of the item and location.

International Shipping: uses the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship its merchandise Internationally. The shipping charge is based on the weight of the item and location.  International shipping price may vary. We currently ship to the following countries:

Canada, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico

Orders outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and customs and/or taxes. These additional charges must be rendered by the customer in order for your package to clear customs.


- Orders during Holidays are subject to delay; customers will be notified by email.

- Large/heavy items are subject to higher shipping costs.

- Insurance and tracking are available at an extra charge.


OMK Return Policy:


Out Of My Kloset believes all customers should have a positive shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items for a full refund within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Please be advised that the shipping cost is not refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item(s) please return it for a full refund and re- purchase the item you desire. Please follow the Return Instruction below before sending a package back, as it may be delayed.



-All returned merchandise must be accompanied with original invoice, packaging, and tags attached; please provide a tracking number.

-Merchandise must be unworn or altered

-All Accessories, Cosmetics and Fragrances are non-refundable unless it was received defective. You must contact us upon date of arrival for further instructions for a refund.

-If you receive a damage or defective item, you must contact us immediately and no later than 5 days of receiving your item. We will instruct you on how to return the item. 

-Please note that final sale items with prices ending in $.99 and candles, gift certificates are non-refundable and can not be returned.

-Clothing items ending $.99 are non-refundable but can be exchanged; please follow the return notification instructions listed down below.

-We do not refund shipping charges. 

- Customer is responsible for mailing the Exchange item(s) back to us and we'll mail the new style back free of charge.


Updated *June 28, 2019 ~ Shipping Charges For Returns:


A  FEDX shipping label will be provided for non CLEARANCE orders and sent to email provided in the order.   A $9.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.  Please ensure the return is shipped within 5 days of the request to return your order. If the item(s) is not shipped within the 5 day time frame; customer will be responsible for paying postage to return the package. 

The purchase will be refunded back to the original credit card the purchase was made from within 14 business days upon receipt.

Merchandise will be fully inspected and returns will be issued if unworn or altered. 
Merchandise that has been used or worn, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


Return Instructions:

To start the return process, log into my account and select the completed orders, your order number and request return for the item(s) you would like to return.  If you do not have a My Account created, contact us by completing the contact form below.

Please do not mail the item(s) back until you have contacted customer service.  Our team must ensure the request to return an item(s) was submitted within the 14 days allotted. Request submitted after the 14 days must be approved and will be store credit only.
