Ordering & Payment

Select the products that you like and add them to your shopping cart. You can start the checkout process by selecting "checkout" from your shopping cart screen.

You may then review the items in your shopping cart, remove or add more items,and then go through our secure PayPal, Stripe, or Afterpay at checkout process to purchase the items in your cart. Please note: Some items may no longer be in stocked but our team will contact the customer to edit the order for exchange or refund should an item no longer be available after the customer's order has been placed. 

Special Orders & Phone Orders:

To place an order, complete the contact form at the bottom of the page or for phone orders, contact us at 1(657) 549-0158 with detail information about the item(s) your ordering. Please include the style number and/or SKU, quantity, color, size, and brand. Please leave a detail message with a contact number and email address. Customer Service will contact you to place your order in the number the call was received.

Purchasing pre-order items:

Pre-ordering an item means that you are purchasing it in advance before we actually have it in stock. The checkout process is the same as regular in-stock items, and your credit card will be charged.

Your order will then ship out on the date the item is stocked. We will always specify an estimated ship date on the product page. Please note, the shipping date can change depending on the item demand and vendor. We will notify all customers, if there is a change in anticipated shipping dates. 

Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email. You can then track your order under the my account section.

If your order has both pre-order and in stock items, we will ship the stocked ones to you immediately, and the pre-order item(s) will ship on the date they arrive in our warehouse.

Cancelling your pre-order:

If for whatever reason you change your mind, you can cancel your order for a full refund prior to the date it has shipped. Please call  or text us at 1(657) 549-0158 or email info@outofmykloset.com

Please note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

Payment is securely handled by PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. This is the highest level of encryption security commercially available.

Afterpay Shop Now, Enjoy Now, Pay Later:

  • The Installment Feature allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments due every 2 weeks.

  • You must be over 18 years old (19 years old in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska) and be the authorized holder of an eligible US-issued debit/credit card to apply (see Section 9.1 for eligibility criteria).

  • All orders are subject to approval – for example, if you have any overdue payments, the Installment Feature will not be available to you (see Section 7.1). 

  • You can make repayments any time BEFORE the due date. Otherwise, payments will be automatically attempted on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $8 late fee applied the day after the due date, and a further $8 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date (late fees are capped at 25% of the original order value).

  • The delivery/quality of goods and all refunds is the responsibility of the retailer where you make the purchase.

  • This is not a credit card 

Sales Tax:

Orders shipped in California, we are required to charge customers local sales tax on your purchase(s). Residents outside of Riverside County are responsible for any additional tax that may apply.

Sale Items:

Out Of My Kloset sale items seen on our website are marked down exclusively for our online boutique. We cannot offer price adjustments for items that may go on sale after it's purchased by a customer.

Modifying Your Order:

Once your order has been placed, if you need to change or modify it please contact us immediately from the Contact Us tab. If your order has already been processed and packed, we will not be able to meet your request.
